The International Transactional Analysis Association is a nonprofit, member-driven educational organization founded by Eric Berne, MD. Our purpose is to help advance the theory, methods and principles of transactional analysis. Our members include counselors, educators, organizational development specialists, and psychotherapists, and our work as a largely-volunteer, international association centers primarily on: Training & Certification, Publications, International Conferences, Awards of Recognition, Scholarships & Grants.

U.K.A.T.A.International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis

UKATA is the UK national organisation representing all fields of TA theory and practice. Formerly the Institute of Transactional Analysis, it was founded in 1974 by a small group of people and since that time the TA community in the UK and worldwide has grown and developed.
UKATA is a vibrant organisation of approximately 900 members with over 80 volunteers in a range of roles: organising events, ensuring training standards, upholding ethical practice, increasing member benefits, promoting TA, managing the business of UKATA, supporting research, organising and managing exams, representing UKATA in other relevant organisations, producing our magazine and other roles.

P.A.C.F.A. – Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia

he Australian Transactional Analysis Association (ATAA) is a non-profit, member-driven organisation. Our purpose is to help advance the theory, methods and principles of transactional analysis which was developed by Eric Berne, MD. Our members include psychotherapists, counsellors, educators and organisational development specialists. Our work is volunteer based and we are affiliated with the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA), the internationally based Transactional Analysis organisation.
